[Amazon] Two Plugins. Similar Purpose. Different Approach.

One of the oldest tricks big corporations use to maximize profits is upselling.
McDonalds does it with their famous “Do you want fries with that?” 🙂
And Amazon does it with their “Frequently Bought Together”
and “Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought” modules.
It just goes without saying that upselling works.

If by now your affiliate sites do not use upselling, you need to start doing it.
And I’d like to point out a couple of good plugins that work really well.

First one is called Azon Upsell Ninja and it just launched today:

The other one is AzonCrossSeller and you may have already heard about it
or even own it because it was launched earlier by my good friend Edwin Boiten:

Why am I mentioning two plugins?
Well, they both serve the same purpose – to upsell complementary products.
However they have a different approach to upselling and you can pick the one you like the most.

Azon Upsell Ninja works really good because it allows you to manually pick
products to be offered in the upsell. That means that you have full control
over what products to offer and you can always tweak it and, for example,
include more expensive option.
If you don’t mind a little bit of manual work and prefer to have full control,
Azon Upsell Ninja is perfect upsell solution for you.

AzonCrossSeller on the other hand is fully automated and you can just install it
and forget it. The plugin will do its job in upselling similar products on auto-pilot.
And it really does a good job in selecting them!
So if you prefer to save lots of time and start upselling in minutes,
AzonCrossSeller is a great upselling plugin for you.

So which one is it going to be?
Azon Upsell Ninja? AzonCrossSeller? Or both? 🙂
